PRACTITIONER DO?

In practice, a Functional Health Practitioner utilises evidence-based research to create an integrative approach to optimising a client’s health + wellbeing. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, they design bio-individual nutrition plans, personalise supplementation where required, and interpret functional lab data- including bloodwork- to gain a deeper understanding of the individual and tailor a personalised intervention.

It's not a diagnosis. It's a whole-picture, root-cause approach.

As an Integrative Health Practitioner, my approach combines root-cause health coaching with integrative nutritional therapy. That means I look at how your body is actually functioning — and build a personalised plan from there.

Conventional medicine often waits until something is clearly wrong before stepping in. It's built to detect and manage disease — but it isn't designed to tell you why you feel flat, puffy, wired-but-tired, or unlike your usual self.

An integrative approach looks upstream. It uses evidence-based research and functional testing to find the early drivers of how you're feeling, then applies personalised nutrition and lifestyle changes to support your body for the long term — rather than only reacting once things have gone wrong.

It doesn't replace your doctor. It works alongside them.

WHAT I'M QUALIFIED TO DO

Design bio-individual nutrition plans built around your body, not a generic protocol

Recommend over-the counter supplementation up to safe, optimal intake levels

Order and interpret functional lab testing from a wellness perspective, to guide my reasoning and recommendations

Look at how your whole system is functioning: metabolic, hormonal, gut, stress and nutrient patterns

Collaborate with and refer to medical professionals when red flags, pathology, or anything out of scope shows up

Provide 1:1 coaching and ongoing support to help you implement changes

WHAT I DON'T DO

I'm not a medical doctor, therefore I don't diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions.

I don't replace your doctor, specialist, or any prescribed treatment or medication.

If something in your results needs medical attention, I'll tell you clearly and refer you on.

I won't guess, and I won't tell you what you want to hear — everything I recommend is driven by your data.

I don't practise outside of my qualification scope — ever.

This isn't a self-guided program — real change needs real support and someone to keep you accountable.

Intake consultation

This is online via video call. Your full health history — not just what brought you here. This is where I start building your picture.

Functional testing

Functional blood analysis labs testing where relevant — read from a wellness perspective, not just against the conventional reference range.

Personalised plan + Support

A bio-individual nutrition, supplementation and homeopathic plan built entirely around your results and your life. Supported by weekly check-ins and a dedicated client portal where you have direct access to Kerri and your plan can be adjusted in real time, instead of waiting for a follow-up appointment.

Sign-off

We may retest the markers to see exactly what shifted. When ready, you're signed off — baseline documented, body understood, and the knowledge of how to keep it that way.

Everything in one program.

This is a 12 week program.

For more complex cases, coaching can be extended — always in 12-week blocks, so there's always a clear structure and an end point in sight.
